Our offices are easily accessible to all New Yorkers by subway or bus. To reach our Queens office by subway: Take the R train to 63rd Drive and walk along Queens Blvd. until you reach our office at the southeast corner of 63rd Avenue and Queens Blvd. By bus: Take the Q60 and get off near 63rd Avenue and Queens Boulevard.
To reach our Brooklyn office by subway: Take the 2 or 5 train to Flatbush Avenue – Brooklyn College and walk east along Flatbush Avenue. We are located on the intersection of Flatbush Avenue and Avenue I. By bus: You may take the B41 bus and get off near Flatbush Avenue and Avenue I.

For your first appointment, please make sure to bring your insurance card, an ID card, any medical reports related to the accident/injury, and any paperwork related to your accident/injury.

Chiropractic sessions after the first visit typically last between 20-30 minutes. We make sure our patients are satisfied with their care and that all their questions are answered.

We accept GHI, 1199, No- Fault, Worker’s Compensation, slip and fall injuries, and all private patients. Please call or visit us to discuss your specific insurance questions.
